Eric J. Davidson has a B.S. Degree from East Carolina and earned his J.D. degree at Wake Forest. He has been residing in the Charleston area since 1983. He served as a Navy Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1983 to 1986. Eric is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina and has been an established and highly respected real estate attorney in Charleston for over 20 years.

Eric J. Bradshaw originally moved to Charleston in 1978 and has been a licensed attorney in South Carolina since 2001. After graduating from Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia, Eric obtained his Bachelors Degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor, he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation Law from Georgetown University prior to returning to Charleston. Eric has worked for the Internal Revenue Service as well as a highly-specialized tax boutique law firm prior to becoming a partner at Davidson & Bradshaw.
